2.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes and under these legal bases:

By completing and submitting a form to download any gated content, you, as the data subject, acknowledge and agree that your submitted data, including personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address), may be shared with and transferred to Trackinsight's data licensors, partners, and sponsors (collectively, "Third Parties") for purposes including but not limited to marketing, usage analytics, and license compliance monitoring. These Third Parties may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the EU. Trackinsight and these Third Parties ensure that the processing of your personal data complies with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 3. Cookies

3.1. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a website and stored temporarily in your computer’s memory. Cookies can recognize previous connections to our Website by your computer. Cookies can identify your computer. You can delete the cookies stored in your system file at any time. 

3.2. We use cookies to facilitate quick login procedures and to personalize website content. If you delete cookies from your computer, you will need to enter your username and password again. To access the password-protected area of the Trackinsight Website, cookies should be enabled in your browser configuration.

These include limiting data access to authorized personnel, storing data on secure servers, and continuously updating our security procedures. 

Your password is personal and strictly confidential. If forgotten, you can request a password reset. For security reasons, we do not store your full payment account details.

We use Stripe to process payments, a third-party payment provider. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers. For more details, please review Stripe’s privacy policy.

5. International Data Transfers

5.1. Our servers are currently located in France. By using our Website and services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data in France. By registering for news, emails, or to download data, you consent to this transfer and the storage of your data in France. 

5.2. Please note that we may relocate our servers or transfer your information outside France. By subscribing to the password-protected area of our Website, you also consent to such transfer of our server. Where we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as:

• Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under GDPR.

9. Declaration of our Database to the French Administration

Our database has been duly registered with the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés) which is the French regulatory body whose mission is to ensure that the data privacy law is applied to the collection, storage, and use of personal data.
