The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, to those of the Indxx Global Future Economy Metals Index (the "Index"). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts or European Depositary Receipts representing securities in the Index where direct investment in a constituent security of the Index is not possible.
