Investment strategy

The investment objective of the AI-Enhanced US Equities UCITS ETF is to generate a risk-controlled excess return compared to a passive investment in US equities (benchmark: MSCI USA Index). The investment strategy of the AI-Enhanced US Equities UCITS ETF is based on a holistic AI equity selection model developed by Ultramarin. The model forecasts the monthly excess return for each stock in the investment universe. The forecasts are regenerated monthly and incorporated into the quantitative portfolio construction process. An optimal portfolio is constructed based on the AI predictions and a global fundamental risk model; the expected return is maximized subject to constraints. The tracking error is aimed to be limited to 2% and the active sector weightings to 2.5%.
