TSOL seeks to track the performance of SOL, as measured by the CME CF Solana-Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant, adjusted for the Fund’s expenses and other liabilities, and to reflect rewards from staking a portion of the Fund’s SOL, to the extent the Sponsor determines such activities can be conducted without undue legal or regulatory risk. The Fund maintains exposure to “spot” SOL.
