Investment strategy
The investment objective of the ETF is to provide income, for a limited period of time ending on the ETF’s termination date, by investing primarily in a portfolio of investment grade fixed-income securities issued in the U.S. market by U.S. and foreign corporations that mature in the same calendar year as the ETF’s termination date. The decision to invest in these fixed-income securities is based on a number of factors which include credit quality, yield to maturity, issue size, liquidity, and relative price to par. The ETF will terminate on or about September 30, 2028.
