The objective of the State Street SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate UCITS ETF is to track the performance of the global listed real estate securities market. It aims to do this by tracking the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities Index as closely as possible. The Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities Index is comprised of equity real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and real estate operating companies ("REOCs") traded globally. The Index measures the performance of publicly traded real estate securities, and intends to serve as a proxy for direct real estate investment. To be included in the Index, a company must be both an equity owner and operator of commercial and/or residential real estate.
