The Fund is passively managed and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Taiwan 30/18 Capped Net Tax Index (the “Underlying Index”) as closely as possible, regardless of whether the Underlying Index level rises or falls. The Fund will select the securities that constitute the Underlying Index
in order to build a representative portfolio that provides a return that is
comparable to that of the Underlying Index but which may not track the
Underlying Index with the same degree of accuracy as an investment vehicle
replicating the entire Underlying Index.
