Investment strategy

The Fund is passively managed and aims to track the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets ex China SRI Low Carbon Select 5% Issuer Capped Index (Net Index) (the “Index”). The Index is designed to measure the performance of international companies with excellent environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) results and avoid those with negative social or environmental impact. This “Best-in-Class” construction method excludes at least 20% of the lowest-rated securities compared to the standard index universe. The resulting ESG rating of the Fund should therefore be higher than that of a fund tracking a standard index. The Fund does not benefit from an SRI label.
