The ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of U.S. based businesses that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active U.S. Dividend Fund, and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more investment funds, and/or through the use of derivatives.
