European banks valuation (Price-to-book value) are still at the levels of December 2008. Investors kept on accumulating European banks ETFs with +$324,27M of cumulative flows over the last 30 days. Despite ETFs having rallied +22,92% over the same period, the segment is still down -28,56% year-to-date. 12 funds tracking 6 indices are included in the segment for a total of +$2,53Bn of assets under management.
