Even if the Materials All caps stocks segment on TrackInsight is up 2,23% on Tuesday, July 14th, investors continue to withdraw their assets from the 14 ETFs clustered in this segment as illustrated by the $ 101 million of daily outflows recorded on the primary market. Due to the market turmoil during the coronavirus crisis, this segment felt by more than 40% and lost $ -350 million of net assets through the primary market in March. Since, its performance has recovered and now stands at -5,02% year-to-date. However, the cumulative flow remains widely negative and it has been worsened by yesterday’s outflows. In 2020, investors have pulled back $ 390 M of assets from this segment which now represents $ 1,95 Bn of assets under management.
