The Latin American Stocks segment on TrackInsight gathers 19 ETFs and has increased by 3,19% this Monday, June 8th. Latin American equities are progressively recovering from its drop at the end of March and a long period of uncertainty due to the late arrival of the coronavirus in the continent which also sparked political and economic crisis in several countries of the region. Increasing business activity, additional stimulus measures, and gains on Wall Street inspired more confidence in equities even as the toll of the virus in Latin America grew, the region being the latest epicenter. This segment made up half of its year-to-date losses and now stands at -26,22%. Investors also poured $ 49,5M and $ 44,7M successively the last Thursday and this Monday, bringing the total asset invested to $1,49 Bn.
