Investment strategy
The investment objective is to replicate the price and return performance of the Barclays Emerging Markets USD Sovereign & Agency 3% Country Capped Index hedged to CHF net of fees. The stock exchange price may differ from the net asset value. The Barclays Emerging Markets USD Sovereign & Agency 3% Country Capped Index hedged to CHF is a market capitalization weighted index that tracks fixed and floating-rate US dollar-denominated debt issued by sovereign and agency EM issuers. Country weights are capped at 3% of total amount outstanding of all eligible issues. Exchange rate fluctuations between the foreign currency and index currency are reduced by the sale of foreign exchange contracts with a term of one month.
