Bringing the ETF industry together at TES 2022 

Each year we look forward to hosting the Trackinsight European Summit (TES), bringing together asset management and investment leaders across Europe and the globe. After two years of postponing the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to be back with the event this year on June 21st in Paris, France. 

What is the Trackinsight European Summit 2022?

TES 2022 is an exclusive forum for asset owners and investment leaders who need to make sense of the fast-changing information landscape to distinguish facts from falsehoods, opportunities from opinions and reduce the risk of missed investment decisions. 

This year's theme revolves around empowering ETF investors by covering topics related to truth, trust and technology. Can ETF investors trust what they see and hear? And where are the hidden risks and opportunities in this complex information age? Industry-level experts and renowned finance professionals will share their views and findings on this hot-button issue with all ETF investors.

What to expect at the Trackinsight European Summit?

Our program includes plenary speakers, workshop sessions, panels, interviews, roundtable discussions, networking sessions and a celebratory dinner with, and for, women in ETFs. 

The program features speakers and workshops led by world leaders – CEOs, founders, researchers and thought leaders from notable companies and organizations such as Amundi, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Bloomberg, Wilshire, Google, Jane Street, ROBO Global, UNTCAD, DWS Group, Scientific Beta and ETFGI. 

The first half of the event will focus on accessing the impact of geopolitical unrest on the economy and financial markets with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, followed by an interview about global asset allocation in a changing world with the CEO of Wilshire.

The morning workshop sessions will cover topics related to ETF innovation, evolutions in the European ETF market infrastructure, energy ETF investing and future-proofing portfolios with exposure to AI & Automation. Leaders from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Jane Street, Amundi, ROBO Global and Bloomberg will lead these workshops.

The second half of the event will continue with workshops on the implication of risk scenarios for asset allocation, third-generation factor indices, and how ETFs perform during volatile markets.

As ESG and sustainability are becoming an essential topic of conversation in finance, guests will experience ESG workshops covering topics related to UNTCAD's analysis on how the world's top 100 asset owners perform in sustainability integration, the transformation of ESG investing in the ETF space, sustainable finance and the SDGs, and answering the question "should ESG Alpha really be positive?" ESG investing experts from UNTCAD, Bloomberg Intelligence, Amundi, and Scientific Beta will be leading these workshops. 

Towards the end of the day, we will bring a fresh perspective from the retail side and investigate the lessons from young generations in an interview with YouTube creators Endeuda2 and Matthieu Louvet of S'inverstir. 

Event wrap up: Celebrating Women in ETFs

Women in the ETF industry are overwhelmingly underrepresented. We will wrap up the evening by celebrating women paving the way in the ETF industry. The dinner opening speech will be by WOMEN IN ETFs (WE). This non-profit organization brings together women and men across the globe to push for equality in the ETF ecosystem. WE's mission is to be bold and fearless, driving industry growth and delivering better outcomes for the personal and corporate bottom line with an inclusive approach (Source: WOMEN IN ETFs).
